For decades, RRJM International Manpower Services led Filipino workforce deployment in the Middle East, which accounted for 80% of our pre-pandemic placements. Now, post-pandemic, we’ve diversified globally. With 60% in the Middle East, 33% in Europe, and 7% in Asia, we’re enabling Filipino talent to work across new industries and regions.
Filipino Workforce in Europe: Expanding Reach
Our European journey began with high demand for nurses in Germany—a need that sustained us through the pandemic. In 2022, as global markets recovered, we began deploying skilled workers to new destinations. 14 welders to the Czech Republic and 17 engineers to the United Kingdom marked the start of a new era. Since then, we’ve expanded to include more sectors across more countries.

2024: Continuing European Expansion
With over 200 deployments in the Czech Republic alone, we’re partnering with 30 clients in industries from hospitality to skilled trades. Additional deployments in Poland, Croatia, and Slovakia, as well as our new partnership in Serbia, underscore our continued growth across the region.
