This trade test brought together hundreds of welders eager to showcase their skills. Only a select few advanced to the testing phase, and fewer still passed the rigorous assessments.

Similarly, this event was another platform for welders to prove their capabilities in specialized welding tasks.
For those who successfully passed during the first quarter of the year, the rewards are already tangible: they are now deployed and working in the Czech Republic, contributing their expertise to high-demand industries.

In 2022, as global markets recovered, we began deploying skilled workers to new destinations. 14 welders to the Czech Republic and 17 engineers to the United Kingdom marked the start of a new era. Since then, we’ve expanded to include more sectors across more countries.
