QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a QA/QC role within the interior fit-out or construction industry. 
  • Experience with quality control standards and practices related to interior finishing and fit-out projects. 
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. 
  • Proficiency in quality control and assurance techniques. -Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, CQI (Certified Quality Inspector), or other industry-recognized quality certifications are preferred. 
  • Proficient in using quality control software and tools. 
  • Familiarity with building codes and industry standards relevant to interior fit-out projects. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to quality management. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. -Commitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining high standards.

SITE ENGINEER

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (On-Site)

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the interior fit-out industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record as a successful CM in a fit-out contracting business
  • Very good knowledge of the KSA market (i.e., the network of clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers)
  • Successful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g., hospitality, F&B, retail, entertainment, health, education
  • A very good knowledge of latest developments in the fit-out market. The candidate should be well-versed with the current trends and news influencing market and be able to suggest ideas to boost the Company’s industry presence and build our brand
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational market environment

DRAFTSMAN

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide innovative, cost effective mechanical design solutions in response to technical challenges
  • Engineering Drawing Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years product/machine design experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
  • CAD software experience ideally in CREO with the Windchill product lifecycle management environment
  • Mechanical engineering design skills
