QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a QA/QC role within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Experience with quality control standards and practices related to interior finishing and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in quality control and assurance techniques. -Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, CQI (Certified Quality Inspector), or other industry-recognized quality certifications are preferred.
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
- Familiarity with building codes and industry standards relevant to interior fit-out projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to quality management.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (On-Site)

- Very good knowledge of the KSA market (i.e., the network of clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers)
- Successful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g., hospitality, F&B, retail, entertainment, health, education
- A very good knowledge of latest developments in the fit-out market. The candidate should be well-versed with the current trends and news influencing market and be able to suggest ideas to boost the Company’s industry presence and build our brand
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational market environment
